THE SITUATION

Arthur AI was building in one of the fastest-moving spaces in tech — AI observability and monitoring — during a period when developer mindshare was everything. The team was scaling. The stakes were high. And the organization needed someone who could handle both the strategic operational work happening behind the scenes and the high-visibility moments happening in front of the developer community.

THE WORK

Two tracks running in parallel.

On the events side she designed and coordinated developer engagement across multiple formats — technical hackathons that showcased Arthur AI's platform capabilities, NYC Tech Week activations during one of the highest-visibility moments in the developer calendar, and community happy hours built for genuine relationship-building rather than surface-level networking. Each format required different planning logic, different stakeholder management, different measures of success.

Beyond individual events she built the operational infrastructure to make future events repeatable — vendor relationships, planning templates, budget management processes, and post-event evaluation systems that captured learnings instead of letting them disappear.

On the executive operations side she managed complex scheduling across global stakeholder timezones, drafted and managed sensitive C-level communications, coordinated cross-functional strategic initiatives, and served as the connector between what leadership was trying to accomplish and what the team was actually executing.
