Doyenne Consulting

Website · Back End · Social Media & Content · Ongoing Since 2021

THE SITUATION

Doyenne Consulting offers operations consulting to small businesses and entrepreneurs. In a crowded field, expertise alone doesn't cut through and trust takes time to build. Doyenne needed a brand people recognize, a website and back end that work as hard as she does, and a partner who could handle whatever came up next.

THE WORK

I've worked with Doyenne since 2021, as needs change. I build and maintain her website and the back end behind it, and I take on whatever she needs next. Today that includes building a related site and connecting its systems. Some of this is white-label work done quietly behind her brand, which is how she wants it.

Since 2021, I've also managed her social media and content across platforms, building a consistent voice that makes expertise feel accessible without watering it down. Each platform gets content shaped for how its audience behaves, while the core messaging stays the same. Data informs the work without driving it, and community-building runs alongside content: real replies, relevant conversations, relationships with complementary brands. All of it runs on calendars, production workflows, and repurposing systems that keep output steady without eating her time.

WHAT IT BECAME

A consistent, recognizable brand presence across multiple platforms, with engagement above industry benchmarks. A content library that shows her expertise instead of just claiming it. A website and back end that grow with her. And a working relationship that has lasted five years because she can hand things off and trust they're handled.
