THE SITUATION
Genii Group is a business acquisitions holding company with a clear direction and a lot in motion. Deals to track. Goals to align. A new offer taking shape. What it needed was the structure underneath, so the vision could run on something other than memory.
THE WORK
I restructured the company's OKRs around two themes: stabilize in Q3, scale in Q4. Every goal ties back to one of the two, so the team knows what the quarter is for.
I am building and managing the complete acquisition pipeline across GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and Make, so each opportunity has a clear place to live and a clear next step.
And for the company's new offer, I am mapping the full product structure and registration flow before it launches, so what gets built matches what was planned.
WHAT IT BECAME
The work is ongoing. So far: a quarterly rhythm the team can follow, an acquisition pipeline built in the tools the team already uses, and a new offer with its structure mapped before launch, not after.
