THE SITUATION

Wonderchrome operated as a consultancy across some of the most varied territory imaginable — healthcare technology, international software development, patent coordination, art industry operations. The client portfolio demanded someone who could be fully present in completely different worlds, sometimes within the same week.

Healthcare EHR platforms. African-based development teams. Art Basel exhibitions. Patent filing processes. Each one with its own logic, its own stakeholders, its own definition of done.

THE WORK

For Pivotal Health — an integrated platform combining traditional EHR functionality with Alysida, a cannabis supply chain and endocannabinoid tracking system — she led program management across three cross-functional teams simultaneously. Product. Development. UX/UI. All moving toward the same integrated platform, all needing coordination that kept them aligned without creating bottlenecks. HIPAA compliance maintained throughout. Patent requirements incorporated into the development process.

For Alpha Record, an Africa-based development team, she implemented Scrum methodology — training the team, establishing sprint cadences that worked across time zones, facilitating standups and sprint planning, and building visibility systems that kept leadership informed without drowning the team in reporting.

For Jannus Gallery and Dress Abstract during Art Basel she managed exhibition coordination — shipping logistics for artworks, vendor management, exhibition setup, on-site operations during one of the world's premier art fairs. A completely different kind of execution from the healthcare work happening at the same time.

Throughout all of it she managed sensitive patent filing processes for technology projects — coordinating with legal teams, managing confidential documentation, establishing information access controls, tracking filing milestones across multiple applications.

And across every engagement she created technical documentation that made complex work legible to whoever needed to understand it — executives, non-technical stakeholders, external partners.
