WOT Educational Services

Strategic Program & Product Management

THE SITUATION

WOT Educational Services was building something ambitious — workforce development programs that connected underserved communities to real opportunity, a NIL platform linking NFL and NBA athletes to educational pathways, and a major new program launching in partnership with the Beacon Council of Miami.

The vision was there. The momentum was real. What the organization needed was someone who could hold multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously, build operational infrastructure without slowing down execution, and translate leadership vision into something the team could actually run.

THE WORK

Two major initiatives running at the same time. Different stakeholders, different timelines, different success criteria.

For Winspo — the NIL platform — she took ownership of the full product development cycle. Structured phase management. Clear phase gates. Cross-functional coordination between developers, UX designers, and subject matter experts. Stakeholder communication cadences that kept high-profile sports industry partners aligned without creating meeting overhead. Phase 1 and Phase 2 completed.

For Talent Bridge — the Beacon Council workforce development program — she built the operational foundation from scratch. Interview process design. Content workflow systems. User journey mapping for every stakeholder role. Coordination frameworks that kept distributed teams moving in the same direction. A program that needed to scale quickly and did.

Alongside both she served as operational partner to executive leadership — working directly with the VP team and Chief Data Officer to take execution work off their plates, improve cross-functional alignment, and make sure strategic decisions were being made with the right operational context.

Everything she built was designed to keep working after she left.

WHAT IT BECAME

Two major initiatives advanced to completion. A workforce development program with infrastructure it could scale on. An executive team freed to focus on strategy. And operational frameworks that WOT could apply across their full portfolio of programs going forward.
