Black Friday prices end Nov 30 at 11:59 pm Eastern. From Dec 1 the price is $750 solo and $1,500 for a team. Half is paid at checkout and the other half is charged automatically 3 weeks later (see the terms). Claude itself is billed separately by Anthropic, about $20 a month for one person on Pro. What Claude can see
Only what is connected, for the people you approve. Each person's connection sees only their own mailbox and calendar. You own every account and can disconnect any time.
Claude can read anything the connected account can open, so keep sensitive files out of connected accounts and folders. Claude drafts; you approve. It does not write to your customers on its own, and it cannot read email attachment contents. Save them to Drive instead.

Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. We start from where you are.
What does Claude cost?
Anthropic bills you directly.
Can Claude see all my email?
Only the account you connect, only when you ask, and only for people you approve.
Will it send emails by itself?
No. It drafts; you approve.
What if Claude is down?
Your work doesn't depend on it. Do it the way you did before. The operating guide covers getting it running again.
What if you can't connect my tools?
You get your deposit back in full and owe nothing more.
Do I get anything before I pay?
The free 15-minute fit call. After that, the setup questions and the work start once the deposit is paid.
Can I cancel after I pay?
Yes. Cancel within 24 hours of your first payment and you get it back in full. After 24 hours the deposit stays with us, because your spot is held and work is scheduled.
Is my data used to train Claude?
On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, Anthropic says it does not use your chats to train its models by default. On individual plans such as Pro, that depends on a privacy setting you control, and we turn it off with you on the setup call. Anthropic's policy can change, so we confirm it with you when we set up.
Does it work with Microsoft 365?
Yes, with an admin. Personal Outlook or Hotmail accounts can't connect.
What's not a fit?
Anything medical, legal, or otherwise regulated.
