You know exactly what you want
It's all in your head, and it's real. You may have even written a playbook. Now you need the how: the back end that lets it come to life.

I'm your right hand in your success. Whatever you have in your head, we can bring it to life. Tell me what you're picturing and what your budget is, and we'll build from there.

You have the drive and the time. Starting is the hard part, and the more you read, the bigger it feels. That's normal, and we can take it one step at a time.
The budget is there, or the backing is. What's missing is knowing what to spend it on first, in what order, and who should do it.
For startups, we don't start by fixing anything, because nothing has been tested yet. We start by figuring out what you truly want.
What do you truly want to put into the world? How do you want to put it out? Who do you want on the team? We pull the abstract thing in your head into something concrete, and fill in the holes together.
We build what you need first, not everything. Often that's a website, since most startups need one to be taken seriously. Sometimes it's refining your product, your offer, or your language. Because it hasn't been tested before, we work in versions: build it, try it, learn, and build the next one.
Optional. As you get busier, we work together more. Check-ins, adjustments, and keeping it pointed where you're going.
Engagements start at $1,000.
I'll be straight with you. After that there isn't a set price list, because it depends on your budget and how aggressive you want to be. Some people move fast. Some build in versions over several months.
I know most people at this stage don't have a lot of funding. I understand there may be constraints, and we work with them. We start with what you can do now and go further when you can.
I explain as we go: what each thing is, how to use it, and why we do it this way. You're never handed a system and left alone with it.
A business acquisitions holding company gets the structure underneath its vision: a quarterly rhythm, an acquisition pipeline, and a new offer mapped before launch.
